Ocean Views, Steps 2 Beach, Hot Tub, BBQ, Fire Pit

This house was just perfect for our crew of 12. My husband and myself had our own little suite away from the 10 , 20 something’s we traveled with! It had everything you would need, Right by the ocean with miles of beach front walking paths. I would highly recommend this rental.

The house provides everything our group wanted for our painting retreat: 2 dining tables, a big living room with a view of the ocean, and plenty of spaces in the bedrooms.The property manager came to change out our light bulbs in very timely manner and helped us with other minor requests. We enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay! Great house. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen- appreciated that they had coffee and spices stocked. Lovely ocean views and right near the spectacular costal trail.

Pros: * Great location by the beach and bluff walk * Nice second floor views (slightly marred by the large adjacent restaurant)* Extremely prompt and efficient management dealing with minor issuesCons:* Oddly undersupplied kitchen - we could not find a water pitcher or more than one serving spoon* Slight chemical smell in the rear unit bothered some people* No curtains or shades for the massive south & west facing windows meant no relief from even winter sun when using the main living space* Low water pressure in kitchen sink* Dishwasher needs repair or replacement

We loved the place even though the stairs were many and exhausting to load and unload our belongings as all over 70 yrs old. The constant noise from the wall and garbage can overflow should have been handled prior to our arrival along with fixing of garbage disposal. However, lovely home with lovely views and we enjoyed our stay and the close proximity of the Miramar Restaurant
